I agree and understand that ADP may, from time to time, collect certain
of my personal information. Such information will only be collected after
ADP first asks me for such information. I understand that whether I
supply such information is entirely up to me.
ADP may use such information to provide services to me/my dealership and
to communicate with me. ADP may also use such information for other
purposes with my prior consent or otherwise as specifically allowed by
applicable law.
I also agree that ADP may retain any of my personal information it
may have already collected from me in connection with my use of
DealerSuite. ADP may use such information as described above.
